UTAH, southern, Cascade in White Canyons area, #dt310
Sunlight reflecting from a nearby cliff after a rain creates a gold glow on this cascade in the White Canyons of southern Utah. An untrained eye might not notice the qualities of reflected light or how it baths an area in shadow less warmth. I’ve noticed that this image tricks the eye of some into thinking that it somehow appears upside down. I was standing at the top of the cascade looking down at the water flowing over the sandstone into the pool. |
