Autumn Magic, Idaho, east, Palisades Creek in autumn, #dt335

I've been hiking this area for years and I knew it had potential. One year it all came together as the Mountain Maples, Aspens and Cottonwood Trees opened their beauty to the sun at the same period of time. Usually the Mountain Maples show off their reds and oranges first, then the aspens with their gold and yellow and last but not least, the Cottonwood forests grace the river canyons with their many hues of gold, yellow and orange.
