Idaho, central, sunrise at Goat Lake, Sawtooth Wilderness area, dt259

I've been hiking to this part of the Sawtooth Wilderness area for many years. My studies of the early morning light allowed the creation of this image. I first discovered Goat Lake after pouring over topo maps looking for a place with the correct facing cliffs to catch the first rays of light. A perfect morning after years of trying to make the image that I knew was there.
