I see prints that cost less on other sites, why is this so?
Howard's work is unique in terms of artistic value and print quality.

In the art world, prices can vary considerably.
There are numerous reasons for this.
A few of these are quality, popularity, availability and value as an
investment both emotional and financial.

Why do you use paypal for processing your orders?
Howard travels a lot and needs someone else to process orders but most of all
we want security and convenience for our customers. Paypal is a secure on-line
banking service with over 15 million members worldwide. This service builds
on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and
utilizes the worlds most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to
create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.

What are MDF Art frames?
 This is a great alternative to traditional framing. After the image is mounted on MDF board
it is covered with thick UV protection.
Some of the advantages are:
A: No Glare (glass is not used in this process).
B: Safety (no flying glass if knocked off the wall, good for high traffic areas and is also safer to ship)
C: Durability (Can be washed with traditional glass cleaner or soap)
D: Looks (Many people including us, prefer this look over the traditional frame)

Can I order a print with a more traditional frame?
Absolutely. We normally use a contrast grey metal frame with a white matte because this combination
works in a wide variety of environments. It's available with regular, non-glare or museum quality
glass. However, just about any frame type and color is available.
Pricing for a contrast grey metal frame with a white matte, regular glass
is the same as listed below in the photolite Column.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Unframed orders are generally shipped within two weeks.
Framed orders may take longer, up to three weeks.
Leland personally produces all prints in order to assure that our clients get his best work.
Some orders may take longer if Howard is out on a session

Can you make prints in sizes other than what is listed on your site?
We can make any size prints up to the size of a highway billboard. For sizes
not listed contact us for quotes.

How do you make your prints?
We use the latest technology to insure state-of-the-art color and black and white works of art.
Large format originals contain an enormous amount of information and this fine detail is preserved
in the print.

Do you guarantee customer satisfaction?
Custom prints created by Leland Howard are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and
we have never had an unsatisfied customer.

How do you ship orders?
UPS ground unless the customer specifies otherwise. MDF Art mounted works are shipped in a
special crate for protection.
